Hariram Khadka
The hike to Konjyosom Pratima and Gupteshwor Mahadev Gufa was an enriching experience that combined adventure, nature, and cultural exploration. The hike was organized in collaboration with Deerwalk, with the participation of 10 hikers, to promote good health, teamwork, and shared prosperity through outdoor activities.
Participants gathered at the Deerwalk Complex at 7:30 AM and departed at 7:55 AM. After tea and breakfast at a local shop around 10:30 AM, the hiking journey officially began at 11:00 AM from Ward No. 5. We were welcomed and guided by former Chairperson Mr. Gopilal, whose support made the hike easier. He also shared valuable information about the local environment, culture, and community, making the experience more meaningful.
The team reached Konjyosom Pratima and Gupteshwor Mahadev Gufa at approximately 2:00 PM. Participants explored the site, enjoyed the beautiful scenery, visited the sacred cave, and took photographs. After lunch at a local resort in Bhardeu, the group returned safely to the Deerwalk Complex at around 7:00 PM.
Overall, the hike was a memorable experience that promoted physical fitness, teamwork, and a deeper appreciation of Nepal's natural and cultural heritage.
