Professional Communication Club (PCC) was first introduced in 2012 with a sole aim to enhance the communication skills of the employees here at Deerwalk. PCC organizes various training sessions on communication and also conducts public speaking sessions called Deertalk. It also includes presentations from guest speakers.
The purpose of the Mentor’s Club is to strengthen the quality of Deerwalk employees by both mentoring existing employees via trainings on useful topics and selecting new employees by managing the intern’s selection process. With this aim, 11 training sessions on various topics were conducted in 2017 and five new interns were selected for-hire out of a rigorous written and interview exam of 56 Kathmandu University (KU) students. Mentor’s Club also played an important role in maintaining HIPAA compliance at Deerwalk by conducting HIPAA exams for new hires.
The annual executive committee for the Corporate Activity Club (CAC) is formed soon after the New Year commences. The 2017 CAC executive committee are proud to report successful organization of a number of corporate events in the year 2017, a brief summary of which is provided below.

Bandipur, a beautifully preserved village located above the highway in between Mugling and Pokhara–was our destination for the team outing. We were extremely excited to visit Bandipur.
Somewhere I read “Travelling- it leaves you speechless, then turns you into a storyteller.”, and see this is so true. Speechless and mesmerized by the scenic beauty of uphill village, here I am sharing my first travel of year 2017 to Bandipur.
