We knew instantly that the Road Ahead was not going to be an easy one. And when Rudra is present in the hike, you will know just how the track and trail are going to be like. None the less, with passion and perseverance, we marched ahead. We were walking on the graveled road as the actual point of the Hike was few kilometers away. One point I must mention here is that our Hike had two phases.
Finally, I could find myself free for the day which I was waiting for since I joined D2 and that is non-other than the HIKING DAY. As hiking and wandering around the untouched areas has been one of my charm
Upon reaching Hnuman Bhanjyang, we stopped by a small shop to refresh ourselves. “Fanta” never tasted so good. This place was the border between Makawanpur and Bagmati districts. After about 10 minutes of rest, the journey continued. Vishnu and Surendra seemed to get confused about the path we are supposed to go, so discussion in that topic was also fun. Now we were walking through the graveled road. Heat, dust and difficult road, all were challenging us but we were now used to it and were busy enjoying every bit of our walk. Kapil’s humorous gossips and “beeeeessssst…” brought smile on everyone’s face even in such circumstances.
Just witnessed assemble and the rally of business people “Demanding Peace and Security” against government today. Some of the movements have been captured and posted here.
Beautiful pictures of mountains, silhouettes of pine trees, wild flowers, jolly children, hiking trails and happy hikers:
Looking these photographs of hiking in this blog, I guess most of us feel the urge to go hiking. But the love for cozy Sunday mornings in bed and busy schedules make us put off hiking plans for coming weeks.
