Photo Description:
The picture above is of the Hindu Deity, Swet Bhairav, at Kathmandu Durbar Square, Kathmandu. This figure was dug up several hundred years ago in Kathmandu. During the festival of Indra Jatra the head of the Swet Bhairav is taken out and blessed by Kumari, the living goddess. This ceremony usually happens in the month of August/September.

    This picture is of Swet bhairav of Hanuman dhoka and not of Aakash Bhairab of Indra chowk. Though you can't recognize the face of the gods, at least you must have differentiated the gods with the location. I expect correction from you.
