Outdoor tours are always exciting and perfect opportunity to rejoice along with friends and family.

The team building tour organized for “Peak” family, held on 21st-22nd July 2012, was indeed a savior for the ones who needed break from their hectic work schedule. The team building tour was stationed on Sukute Beach (and what a lovely place). A perfect destination, a perfect team and perfect weather made the tour fulfilled.

On the way to our destination, we could see musical talents of our mates. Singing songs, playing guitar on the van itself made us reach our destination in no time and of course the organic banana lassi was a double treat. As soon as we reached there, the excitement saw no boundary and instantly the crew ran to the river bank to get their feet wet, play the swing; guys enjoyed playing beach volleyball and all. Everyone was busy doing one or the other recreational activities.
Since we had reached to our destination much earlier than the scheduled snack time, everyone was starving so much so that when the food was served the plates would get empty in no time.

There were a lot of other activities which engaged people whether it is playing snooker or table tennis. Swimming in the rain; the team building game “the musical chairs” and “Head and Tail”; the enticing chicken barbeque ; singing-dancing ; “Ishwor dai’s” funny conversation with the fellow mates; guys quarrelling over the seat in the van and the list goes on.

This outing was a perfect opportunity to mingle well with other collegues and wonderful experience to be cherished for a long time.

“Corporate Outings Build Better Team Spirit”
The comfortable and stress-free atmosphere lends itself well to interpersonal interactions and shared bonhomie. So, team outing has a specific benefits for refreshment of an employee in office.

On this theme our office also budgets us quarterly for team outing. This time the team outing of Service Team(Peak) to Sukute seems an exciting tour. Night stay within a tent at bank of Bhotekoshi, swimming in the rain, team building games made the tour more rejoicing and refreshing.

As the first outing from Deerwalk, to Sukute Beach, I was excited to see how the place was. Upon arriving at the spot, although the climate was hot but the water in flooded “Bhote Koshi “ river was icy cold. It was as if the ice was kept on my feet while touching the water for the first time. Staying overnight at a new place outdoors in tents was a new experience for me. Actually I got a lot of new experiences there. The most interesting part at Sukute Beach is that there are no shops nearby. For shops a long walk is needed. I loved swimming part for 2hrs the following day and more 2.5 hrs the next day and the body aching for the remaining days and playing games too. I suppose it was one of the best spots visited so far. I also loved the group activities done along the team where we had to tag along.
