My sincerest thanks for the intervention

To the lady whose eyes summoned me
I wish I knew then what I know now
To the lady from that dark summer
I wouldn't be what I am without you

To the lady with the mark of fire
Thanks for the grandiose welcome
To the lady from the ninety-fifth highway
I shall cherish your touch as wisdom

To the lady in the island paradise
Because of you I have new found hope
To the lady from the ninety-third highway
Gratitude is in order for I am a man
