The Cyber SEA or vice-versa SEA CYBER has created a new revolution in ICT sector , Information Communication Technology while nepal is still deprived of most essential components due to lack of water , electricity, and necessary infrastructures. It might take another 1000 years when Nepal could try plan, and implement solutions like these: The Under water CYBER WORLD .

Imagine those rough currents underneath PACIFIC ocean and the resistance to be built in equipments there. The Sharks,Whales  and SQUIDS might want to digest them for God’s sake.

May there be more problems so we can tackle much more in days to come in ICT sector. However, we also listen that Optical Fibers laid by Nepal Telecom are cut in several places and it is too costly to maintain. We have got Sharks , Whales, and SQUIDS on land forget water to tear away those cables , networks, and wires.

The network is expected to produce 50 terabytes of data annually, all of which will inform scientists about everything from earthquake dynamics to the effects of climate change on the water column, and from deep-sea ecosystems to salmon migration.
