		<description>"caste system is the dominant and ruling philosophy of Hinduism" ... your starting premise is already wrong. the religion may have been tied to maintain social order in parts of history, but a religion can't be made the victim of its consequences. take for example - racism in the western world, christianity heavily supported it, even used it to push its way in many parts of the world. but saying that racism is the dominant and ruling philosophy of that religion has no truth. same way racism is illegal today, caste based discrimination is illegal. so it is a governance issue, not a religious one as you claim. leave Hinduism out of it.</description>
