This picture was taken in Kulekhani. The two kids took some time off their daily routine to pose for the photograph. The picture depicts a sense of togetherness amongst the children at play. They are rugged from the poverty that cripples their life, and the only solace they can find is in each other’s company. The picture encapsulates a life that the residents of the village are very familiar with. The only comfort they know is in the company of another, whom they know will be beside them, no matter what befalls.
