Peace, Peace and Only Peace
317. Peace Peace & Only Peace…
Posted Date: 31st December
Description:
Peace is a daily, a weekly, a monthly process, gradually changing opinions, slowly eroding old barriers and quietly building new structures. As I was roaming around Swayambhu with my friends, I saw a Pigeon (We call it Symbol of Peace) staying just in front of Swayambhu (God of Peace). Suddenly, I felt like the Pigeon is not asking us – “Where is the PEACE in NEPAL?”
In truth, Peace has never come from dropping bombs. Real peace comes from enlightenment and educating people to behave in a more divine manner. In fact, this is such a penetrating fact that we people have been looking for it from the last 17-18 years back.

Great timing! Could you have made it brighter? I do not know much about photography. That’s why I am asking. Clear enough to see bird’s eyes?
January 1st, 2009 at 8:43 am
Dear Sangesh & Rudra Broz,
Thank you very much for your comments. They say one needs to have PATIENCE in Photography. Really telling you people that I don’t have to wait that much of time. And as per the clarity of the eyes, the light was such type ki it was not that polssible. Anyways, I appreciate your deep & creative comment Rudra Pandey Bro. (By the way, here we all call ourselves Amateur & beginners). We are LOW PROFILE HOLDERS.
Thank You.

Pictures don’t need any Captions. Subsequently, your picture tells its’ Own Story too. Well Shot. Is the backgroung temple Shoyembhu Shrine?
January 2nd, 2009 at 1:51 pm
Creative perspective!! One must have some knowledge of photography to visualize this composition. Keep up your good work Samir

Dear Shutterbug,
Thank You very much, Ya of course will always try to do clicking…
Dear S.S.,
To some extent your words are correct as “(Nice) pictures don’t need Captions..” but in Creative, Art, Still-life & Commercial Pictures, one needs to jot down few lines of that particular shot. Otherwise, viewers may misread or misunderstand…..Anyways, we just have to try to show our good work, is not it????

Dear It looks like Hawk,
Thank You very much for you private Comment. In fact it is non other than a Pigeon. I am sorry to state that it might be your Optical Illusion.
January 4th, 2009 at 1:03 pm
Dear What is,
Even I also don’t know about it, the word “low profile” means staying down from every angle. Over-exposing, Over-suggesting, Over confidence, being over possesive….all these attitudes are the perfect example of that word. Thanks.

Good comments make our picture live here in E.U.. DreamSky, if a pigeon does not represent the symbol of Peace, what a pigeon represents for? I would be much more glad if you could let me know the Exact Symbol of Peace in General. Thank You.
