    Namaste

    Posted Date: 3rd October

    Description:
This photo was taken on the top of Namo Buddha which is a buddhist monastery near Dhulikhel. It took about 1hr of tough hiking for us to reach this place.

Though it was quite tiring to reach all the way up there but the destination was worth every part of it. I was surprised when i saw this old man begging at this point with his single leg. His state was not the best but that pleasant smile in his face made all of us forget our tireness. His humble and noble demeanour was really touched ones heart.

Nice catch of the place, person and the peripherals. I wonder if his pleasant smile paid off.

    2. wish we could help Says:

I wish we could help the man. It is sad and makes me wonder when would our country move beyond the povery line and what kind of policy would help us get there and who would lead our nation towards the destination.

    4. you are arrogant Says:

hey don’t wonder, you are are very rude. this is the kind of attitude makes you arrogant and poor. do something? how do you know whether I have done anything or not? just doing sth is not enough. sth has to be done very effectively. we are tired of people like you… get life.

sory to hurt your feelinz. May be I am am rude, arrogant and poor, but what I wanet to emphasize is ‘wishing’ wont make poverty go away. Otherwise, poverty shundn’t be the same as politicians havbeen wishing for so long.

By saying ‘done something’ if you intend to say u had offered few bucks to him then u’ve done a mistake. Dont worry, I too have done that mistake many times. But what i’ve realized now is BEGGING NEEDS TO BE DISCOURAGED AT ALL COST. God has given those hands to touch dexterity, not to ask for money with a lame smile.

Beggars are the pollutants of the social ecology.
