Its tougher work for old man

Indeed life in remote areas of Nepal is difficult and picture above portrayed such hardship faced by many Nepalese. I wonder where and why are they cracking rock skillfully? Is it precious rock or limestone? I think description is bit incomplete. Anyway, I like the way it concluded with a positive note. ‘Hard work and dedication’ that’s important.
