Working together or taking one step ahead together as a team makes work enjoyable. Nepalese women walk through trails with loaded ‘Doko’ on their back. ‘Doko’ is used as Carrier which is held over their back with a long Strap hanging from head.

nice one… and i think they carrying manure to their fields… its time to plant some crops
